Xero Invoices – How to Create a Credit Note

Creating credit notes and applying them against sales invoices in Xero is easy to do in Xero. This may be necessary if you need to effectively “refund” your customer some money after they have paid an invoice.

In the video tutorial, we will create and send a credit note for an invoice in Xero’s demo company.

Once you have finished the video, you should have everything you need to be able to create credit notes in Xero and apply them to your sales invoices.
